How to enroll or make a reservation:

A. On-site. Visit us at our review center. Bring with you, 1 pc. 2x2 colored picture.

B. Online.
Follow the following steps:

  1. Deposit your payment or reservation fee to Excel Review Center's Metrobank  accounts at any Metrobank Branch nationwide

    For those who will review in Cebu and Bacolod:

    For those who will review in Manila:

  2. Fill up enrollment form above and click SUBMIT
  3. Send via mail or email the following:

    • Certification if you are a privileged reviwee (i.e. honor graduate, quizzer, officer, etc.)
    • 1 pc. 2 x 2 ID picture
    • Deposit slip of payment made at Metrobank

Note:

For privileged reviewees (honor graduates, Officers, Quizers, etc.), please inform us by sending us a text message at (0917)32EXCEL or 09173239235 or email us at info@excelreviewcenter.com  or jaimetiong@yahoo.com so that you will be informed of you corresponding review fee (if any).

For regular reviewees, a reservation fee of P1,500.00 is required. Reservation fee is deductible to the total review fee but non-refundable and non-transferable.
