CIT grad tops ECE October 2009 Exam
Engr. Rizaldo B. Fuentes, a graduate of Cebu Institute of Technology in Cebu City, topped the Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination given last October 26 and 27, 2009 with a rating of 91.10%.
Engr. Fuentes, who attended review, refresher and coaching classes EXCLUSIVELY at Excel Review Center - Cebu Branch, became the 27th First Placer and the 478th Board Topnotcher produced by the said review center. A complete list of Excel topnotchers will be posted in this site soon.
Despite the very low national passing of approximately 25% in the year 2009, Excel Review Center managed to produce a total of 18 topnotchers (2 EXCLUSIVE FIRST PLACERS with a total of 14 EXCLUSIVE topnotchers) and more than a thousand passers which comprises the majority of the 2009 successful examinees.
