Excel Review Center encourages graduating ECE students to start preparing for the licensure examination on their last semester in college. This call for early start of review is due to the result of the 2009 ECE Board Examinations which registered a very low national passing, which averaged only 25 percent. Also, the idea of passing all the four subjects in the board exam made the licensure examination even more difficult to hurdle.

In response to this, Excel opened its ONLINE REVIEW to graduating students to help them cope with the licensure examination. In this program, the student will simply place the cursor at the "interact" part in the main menu of Excel's website and then click "hands online". Once online, the student may start answering questions in multiple choice tests. The data bank contains questions in Electronics Engineering, EST and GEAS. The program will automatically show the correct answer in the event the student clicked the wrong answer to a certain question. Running score is also shown for the student to keep track of his/her performance. The student has the option to save the unfinished examination whenever necessary.
