A certain review center is spreading a propaganda against Excel Review Center's reviewers, more particularly Engr. Roger S. Capote and Engr. Jiovanni M. Quiseo, that they will not be teaching anymore for the review and refresher/coaching course for the ECE November 2010 licensure Examination. This review center also told false information and malicious stories regarding Excel Review Center and its management, including the non-distribution of notes, handouts and review materials during the review course.

Excel Review Center would like to inform all concern that there is no truth to this propaganda. It is only aimed to lure students to enroll with them. Excel maintained that Engrs. Capote and Quiseo are still and will be part of the teaching force of Excel Review Center for the next batch. As a matter of fact, Engrs. Capote and Quiseo, together with all Excel reviewers, signed a Manifesto of Support to disprove the malicious announcement of this review center. It is unfortunate that a review center, instead of promoting their services, facilities and more importantly their performance, resort into maligning other review center in order to get enrollees.

Excel Review Center warned the would-be enrollees to be careful with unscrupulous review centers and not to fall prey to review center which cannot offer anything but lies. Reviewees are advised to be extra careful in choosing which review center to attend to since the review center serves as their trainer in their pursuit of their professional license. Also, it is more important to check the performance of the review center, more specifically, the number of passers. The review center should show the list of passers as proof that they have a solid performance, not just passing percentage because passing percentage is easily manipulated.

Excel encourages all concern to call us whenever there are issues raised by another review center. Excel can provide the most accurate information to certain issues involving Excel Review Center itself.
