In the ECE Board Exam given in April 12 & 13, 2010 simultaneously in Manila, Cebu and Baguio Cities, there were only 632 successful examinees with 12 of them landed in the Top 10 spots from a total of 2,340 examinees with a national passing of only 27%.

Excel Review Center once again (for the 7th time) swept all the 12 topnotchers in the said examination. Of the 632 passers, 471 of them (75% of the passers) are Excel reviewees. Complete list of the passers is posted at Excel bulletin and in its newsletter.
