Tweny ECE reviewees of Excel First Review and Training Center, Inc. joined  the Rotary Club of Cebu North in the Rotary District 3860 Annual Bloodletting Campaign which was held last July 30, 2006 at Southern Island Hospital Nurses' Home. This year's theme is "I am a blood donor and I save lives" and this bloodletting campaign was in coordination with the Philippine National Red Cross.
