Engr. Vencelle P. Antiga of Xavier University copped 7th Place in the licensure examination for Registered Electrical Engineers given last September 17, 18 and 19, 2006. He also passed the licensure examination for Registered Master Electrician. Engr. Antiga is Excel's 397th topnotcher.
