Excel First Review and Training Center, Inc. offers the Early-Bird promo to all graduating ECE & EE students only. This is in line with their program to make the review course affordable to engineering examinees. This promo entitles EE and ECE examinees a 50% off of the tuition fee and addition of 3 books for ECE examinees only. The books are the 3 volumes of The ECE Handbook. These books, averaged 700 pages each, are exclusively for Excel reviewees only and are not for sale at any National Bookstore and at Excel Review Center. The promo ended last February 28, 2007.

However due to the request of a lot of graduating students who will be taking their final tests on the second week of March, Excel extends the promo to March 15, 2007. Excel encourages all those who would like to avail of the promo to enroll soon.
