A group of graduating students visited Excel First Review and Training Center, Inc. and inquired about  the veracity of the claim of one review center, who said that their center is rated as the highest in passing percentage according to the Professional Regulations Commission. 

It was even reported that this review center presented a PRC document signed by PRC Officials showing the passing percentages of the review centers, in which their center ranked No. 1.

In line with this, Excel would like to inform the future reviewees and those who enrolled already in this center  to verify the veracity of the claim of the concerned review center directly to the Professional Regulations Commission. The document shown by the review center is believed to be a false document whose only objective is just to lure examinees to enrol in this center. PRC rated the schools of their performances as shown in the newpapers as well as in the internet BUT NEVER WITH REVIEW CENTERS otherwise the performances of the review centers should have been published as well.

If this review center has nothing to show except this document, it goes to show that this review center has nothing good to offer to you. Excel advised examinees to be vigilant and be wise in choosing a review center otherwise they will end up victims of the unethical practices of some review centers.
