Reviewees of Excel Cebu and Excel Manila donated some educational materials to grade school pupils during the launching of Rotary District 3860's Literary Program last July 28, 2007 in Cebu City. This is in line with the program of Excel Review Center to educate its reviewees not only the technical knowledge in engineering but also the value of service to others.
