Excel Review Center announces the initial offering of the Intensive Refresher/Coaching Course for "Conditional Examinees" of the November 2007 ECE Licensure Examination. The program has a total of 69 hours for one subject only and will be held every Saturday and Sunday in Manila and every Friday and Saturday in Cebu. Classes will start on January 25 and January 26 in Cebu and in Manila, respectively.
