Excel Review Center announces an another "near swept" (9 out of 10) of the topnotchers of the ECE Board Exam given March 26 & 27, 2008, missing only the 6th Placer of the said exam. To recall, Excel swept the topnotchers in April 2007 licensure exam and nearly swept (9 out of 10) of the November 2007 board exam. This is a legacy and tradition Excel Review Center is maintaining and no review center ever come close to this achievement.
